Return & Refund Policy
We glady accept refunds and exchanges!
General Return Policy:
If you need to exchange your garment or item for a different size, different style, store credit or a refund, you may do so within 30 days from the date of purchase, either at one of our events or through our online cataloge at www.thepinkmink.com
Restrictions due apply. Please see below for specific return policies where applicable.
Other Outlets
Items purchased through any other outlets other then directly through the Pink Mink, are subject to the respective vendors return policy and will not be honored by The Pink Mink.
Final Sales
After 30 days from purchase, all sales are final. The item must be in perfect condition and the apparel tag still attached to the garment, regardless of point of purchase. Items purchased "as is", "discounted" or "final" are not eligible for the return policy. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee
Items considered "worn" "damaged" or "used", even within 30 days of purchase, will not be accepted for return, completely at the The Pink Mink's discretion. Please do not remove any tag until you are certain you plan to keep the garment or item. The Pink Mink reserves the right to deduct a 20% restocking and/or restoration fee for items returned within 30 days that are deemed not ready for immediate resale.
Donation Fees
For items purchased at fundraising and charity events, and where a required percentage of all sales have been donated to said event or charity by The Pink Mink, such donated fees, for the purposes of a refund, will be deducted from the orignal item price at time of sale and are not refundable.
Returns
Please notify us via email at admin@thepinkmink.com of any items you wish to return or exchange. Items returned without an authorization number will not be refunded. At such time, you will receive a Return Number via email. All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition, and under the conditions set forth in The Pink Mink Return Policy stated above. All original tags and accessories fmust still be attached. Please include the original invoice, credit card receipt and indicate the Return Number with the returned merchandise. For items purchased at a vendor show or event, return authorization must be requested within 30 days of purchase. For all web orders, return authorizations must be requested within 4 weeks of the original shipping date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original shipping date for International orders.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail and refund your PayPal account or credit card for the purchase price of the item, less any restocking fees where applicable. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item to be exchanged and then purchase the replacement item from our store.
Packing Your Items for Return or Exchange:
Please pack your item(s) in the original package if possible. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please create a manual shipping label, please clearly print your Return Number on the label and send to:
